Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, less shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, and free from any damage.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us with at kim.cassell@casscraft.com.au with order number and explanation of why you want to return item/s, for our product development information.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, as a small art and craft business, we are unable to offer a postage refund.


4. Inspection and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, excluding postage costs, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.


Refunds

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping and handling charges. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the return shipping charges.


2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at kim.cassell@casscraft.com.au


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or colour, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at kim.cassell@crasscraft.com.au with photos of the item and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
